- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts or 1 can chicken chunks.(this is what i used)
- 1 small onion, roughly diced
- 4 cloves garlic, roughly minced
- 1 bay leaf
- 2 medium carrots, chopped
- 1 celery stalk, chopped
- 8 ounces wide egg noodles
- Kosher salt (to taste)
- Ground black pepper 1 teaspoon oregano
