low carb cheesy chicken pesto tomato

Cut 3 boneless  chicken breasts in half  to make six pieces place them  in a pan  spread 1 tablespoon of pesto on each piece, take 3 pieces of mozzarella and 3 pieces of provolone cut them in half and place one of each on each piece of chicken, then add 2 or 3 Roma tomatoes on each piece of chicken then salt to taste . bake on 375 for 45 minutes then enjoy cause it will be amazing  :)

Flourless low carb chocolate cake.


Heat oven to 350°F. Grease an 8-inch cake pan
Melt chocolate, butter in the nuker stirring to combine.  Add  the sugar substitute, the cocoa powder and vanilla extract to chocolate mixture, stirring until combined.
In a medium bowl, with an electric mixer on medium-high, beat eggs until mixture forms soft  ribbons when beater is lifted, about 5 minutes.  . Stir one-third of the egg mixture into the chocolate mixture to lighten. In two additions, fold in remaining egg mixture until well combined.
Pour batter into prepared pan, smoothing top. Bake until evenly risen and almost set, 30 minutes (it will look like a brownie). Cool completely
1.84 grams of carbs per piece. The entire cake has 22.2 carbs.

5 INGREDIENT BROCCOLI CHEDDAR SOUP

Ingredients
  • 4 cups chicken broth
  • 1 (10 oz.) bag frozen broccoli
  • 1 white onion, chopped
  • 3 cups cheddar cheese, grated
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream, optional
  • kosher salt and freshly ground pepper, to taste
